What happens as we get older? We aren’t listening to our intuition and we get emotionally attached to certain foods. Children just automatically tune in to what they need until they get the blood sugar problems that come with over-indulging in sweets, and the emotional problems of life.
What’s the solution as we get older? Emotional problems are always with us, but we can find solutions that don’t involve food. Emotions are like steam - if you trap it, it becomes very dangerous, but let it blow off naturally, as it is created, and it will keep you happier, as well as your family and friends! Supply your pantry and refrigerator with healthful food. You know what that is for you. Make sure you have good choices in the house, but don’t feel like you have to always eat grapefruit and salad. Just make sure it’s there when you want it. Then weight loss is a piece of cake!
